Gauge

  • 18 sts and 28 rows over 4 inches (10cm) in Stockinette pattern with 4.5mm needles
  • (or use needle size required to achieve correct gauge. For best results, knit and wash a swatch before beginning project, and check tension often.)

Materials

  • Tanis Fiber Arts Green Label Aran wool; shown in peacock. 6 (7, 7, 8, 9, 9) skeins
  • 4.5mm knitting needles
  • 4.mm knitting needles (24in circulars are recommended, to work pieces flat, however stright needles may easily be substituted for sleeves and front pieces)
  • 4 buttons 0.6 inches - 0.75 inches in width
